Refund policy

Returns You have 7 days from the date you received your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@adinal.shop with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned:

• Items on sale or marked as final sale
• Downloadable or digital products
• Items damaged due to misuse

Exchanges We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, contact us at support@adinal.shop.

Shipping Costs Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).
